Terms of Use

Effective: 1 August 2026. The terms that govern use of this website, the Cybroscape brand, and any reference to our products.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cybroscape.com website and any content, documentation, images, product references or brand assets made available through it (together, the "Website"). By using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Website.

1. About Cybroscape

The Website is operated by Cybroscape Technologies ("Cybroscape", "we", "us", "our"), an AI-first Life Sciences Validation, Regulatory Compliance and Clinical Technology company with offices in India (HQ, Theni, Tamil Nadu), the Netherlands, and Delaware, United States. Contact: [email protected].

2. Nature of the content

Content on the Website — including product descriptions, service descriptions, framework guidance, regulatory commentary, case studies, blog articles and resources — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute regulatory, legal, medical, financial or compliance advice, and does not create any advisor-client relationship. Any commercial engagement with Cybroscape is governed by a separately executed written contract.

3. Intellectual property — 100% owned by Cybroscape

All rights reserved. The following are the exclusive intellectual property of Cybroscape Technologies:

  • GxP Copilot — including the product name, brand identity, product architecture, feature set, source code, models, prompts, evaluation sets, templates, data structures, workflows, algorithms, product documentation, screenshots, user interface designs, and any derivative materials.
  • TraceDraft — including the product name, brand identity, product architecture, feature set, source code, models, prompts, evaluation sets, templates, data structures, workflows, algorithms, product documentation, screenshots, user interface designs, and any derivative materials.
  • The Cybroscape name, logo, wordmark, colour palette, typography, iconography and other brand assets.
  • The Website itself — including layout, copy, images, source code and design system.

Cybroscape owns one hundred percent (100%) of the intellectual property rights, title and interest in and to the items listed above. No sale, transfer, licence, or grant of any right in these items is made or implied by your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Cybroscape IP to any user, visitor, prospect, customer, partner, contractor, employee, agent or third party.

3.1 No re-branding, resale or misrepresentation

You must not, and you must not allow any third party to:

  • Present GxP Copilot, TraceDraft, or any Cybroscape product — in whole or in part — as your own product, service, invention or work.
  • Re-brand, white-label, rename, sublicense, resell, redistribute, host, mirror, or expose the Cybroscape products to third parties, in any form, without a written agreement expressly permitting the specific act.
  • Use the Cybroscape name, logo or brand assets to suggest partnership, endorsement, certification, resale rights or affiliation that does not exist under a signed written agreement.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source or model weights of any Cybroscape product, except and only to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark, watermark, or attribution present in Cybroscape materials.
  • Train, fine-tune, benchmark or otherwise use any machine-learning model on Cybroscape product output, documentation, brand assets or Website content without our prior written consent.

3.2 Fair use — only under a signed legal agreement

Any use of Cybroscape intellectual property that goes beyond viewing the Website in a browser for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of our offerings — including republication, extraction, integration, embedding, redistribution, benchmarking, competitive analysis in commercial materials, use in academic or industry publications, use in RFP or procurement documentation shared with third parties, and any other "fair use"-style use — requires a prior written legal agreement with Cybroscape. Contact [email protected] before you rely on any such use. Absent a signed agreement, no such use is permitted.

3.3 Trademarks

"Cybroscape", "GxP Copilot", "TraceDraft", and the associated logos and wordmarks are trademarks of Cybroscape Technologies. Other names and logos mentioned on the Website (for example regulatory bodies, standards, or third-party products) are the trademarks of their respective owners; their appearance here is nominative reference only and does not imply endorsement or partnership.

4. Third-party names, standards and references

The Website contains references to third-party products, standards and regulatory frameworks — including but not limited to FDA, EMA, MHRA, PMDA, CDSCO, GAMP 5, ICH Q9, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, EU Annex 22, EU MDR / IVDR, SAP, Oracle, LabWare, LabVantage, STARLIMS, Benchling, Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, Veeva, MasterControl, ValGenesis, Kneat and others. These references are for informational and comparative purposes only. All third-party marks are the property of their respective owners. Cybroscape does not claim affiliation, endorsement, certification or sponsorship by any of these third parties except where a written partnership or customer agreement expressly says so.

5. Case studies and client references

Case studies published on the Website describe representative engagement types. Where a client is named, they have authorised such reference in writing. Where a client is not named (for example a "Series-B biotech" or a "Top-20 pharma"), the description is a de-identified account of real work. Metrics and outcomes reflect the specific engagement described and are not a guarantee of results for any other customer.

6. Acceptable use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law or infringes another party's rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any related infrastructure.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download the Website beyond the bounds of ordinary browser use, or in a way that overloads our infrastructure.
  • Use automated systems to submit forms, book meetings, or generate enquiries.

7. Product terms are separate

Any use of Cybroscape products (GxP Copilot, TraceDraft, or any other product) — including access to demo, trial, pilot or production environments — is governed by a separate product agreement executed between Cybroscape and the customer. These Website Terms do not create any product licence, grant of use, or right of access.

8. Disclaimers

The Website is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybroscape disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and continuous availability. Regulatory information on the Website reflects our understanding at the time of publication; regulatory regimes evolve, and you should not rely on the Website in place of qualified regulatory or legal counsel for your specific situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybroscape will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from or connected to your use of the Website. Cybroscape's aggregate liability arising from or connected to the Website is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Cybroscape harmless from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of Cybroscape intellectual property, or your unlawful use of the Website.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms, except that Cybroscape may bring proceedings for injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
