An audit trail an inspector can walk back to the first day.
Every action is captured in a tamper-evident audit trail with an integrity check that flags any change. Combined with the live traceability view and coverage detection, you have an always-on inspection posture — no fire-drill needed the week an auditor lands.

Audit readiness is the ability to produce complete evidence for any system on demand. GxP Copilot keeps a live readiness verdict per project, refuses to release a summary report while anything material is open, and names the blockers — open deviations, failed or unexecuted cases, unpassed critical requirements, instruments out of calibration, outstanding requalification triggers.
Ready on paper, scrambling in the room
Most organisations have the evidence. What they lack is the ability to find it while someone watches. An inspector asks for a named system's validation package and the answer involves three people, a shared drive and an apology.
Readiness also tends to be assessed by asking people whether they feel ready. That produces an optimistic answer, because the person answering is not the person who would have to retrieve the records.
And the things that break readiness are rarely the big ones. It is an overdue periodic review, a deviation that was closed without a documented resolution, a traceability matrix that stopped matching the system eight months ago.
A verdict, not a feeling
Each project carries a current inspection-readiness verdict derived from its actual state rather than from its state at sign-off. Coverage, open deviations, unexecuted cases, calibration status and outstanding requalification triggers all feed it.
The verdict is specific. It names what is blocking rather than reporting a percentage, because a score tells you how worried to be and a list tells you what to do.

A gate that refuses
The summary report cannot be released for QA approval while anything material is open. Not flagged, not warned about — refused, with the blockers listed. This is the control that stops a project declaring a readiness it does not have because the go-live date was yesterday.
An all-not-applicable result does not count as a pass. Verifying nothing and verifying successfully are different outcomes and are treated as such.
Evidence that retrieves in one place
The validation package, the executed records with their evidence, the audit trail, the deviation history and the change record for a system live together and come out together. The question an inspector opens with has a single answer rather than a hunt.
The audit trail is append-only and tamper-evident, and its integrity can be verified rather than asserted — which converts 'has this been altered?' from a conversation into a check.

Common questions
Prefer to talk first? Chat with us on WhatsApp or book a call with an expert.
What makes a system inspection-ready?
Complete traceability with no uncovered critical requirements, every test executed and passed or formally deviated, every deviation closed with a documented resolution, calibration current where relevant, no outstanding requalification triggers, periodic review up to date, and all of it retrievable in minutes rather than days.
Can we release a summary report with open items?
No. The release gate refuses while open deviations or changes, failed or unexecuted cases, unpassed critical requirements, uncalibrated critical instruments or outstanding requalification triggers remain. The blockers are listed by name, so closing them is a task list rather than an investigation.
How is audit trail integrity demonstrated?
The trail is append-only and tamper-evident, and its integrity can be verified on demand rather than asserted in a procedure. That turns the standard inspection question about whether records could have been altered from a discussion about controls into a check with a result.
