The V-model, closed-loop, in one workspace.
Installation, Operational and Performance Qualification protocols draft from your intake, execute in a mobile-friendly cockpit, and roll up into a Validation Summary Report. Step verdicts, evidence and deviations flow into the record without hand-typing.

GxP Copilot manages the qualification stages end to end: protocols drafted and approved before execution, stage order enforced, evidence and signatures captured during execution, and stage release gated on everything in that stage being complete. The stage set matches the asset — software, instrument or equipment — rather than one template applied to all three.
Stages that overlap and gates that do not hold
Under schedule pressure, OQ starts before IQ has been reported and PQ borrows OQ's scripts with different credentials. It saves a fortnight and creates a package where the stages do not demonstrate different things, which is visible to anyone who reads it properly.
The other recurring problem is PQ run in a development environment. It is convenient, it looks like testing, and it proves nothing about the system people will actually use.
Order enforced, not recommended
The stage sequence is enforced. Execution is refused until the validation plan, the requirements and the protocol for that stage are approved, and a stage cannot be released while anything in it is incomplete or failed.
That removes the compression that most often has to be redone. It is a constraint people occasionally resent in week three and are grateful for during an inspection.
Where iq / oq / pq management sits in the lifecycle
Test design is stage 3 of six. Select any stage to see what happens in it.
Test cases sized to risk: scripted with an independent witness for high risk, scripted or hybrid for medium, unscripted with supplier evidence for low.
The test owner reviews and approves before anything runs.
The right stages for the asset
Software follows the GAMP 5 IQ/OQ/PQ structure. Instruments follow USP <1058>, which means design qualification, installation and operational checks against calibrated references, and a performance stage only where the instrument's group calls for one — a Group B instrument is not given a PQ it does not need.
Equipment follows EU GMP Annex 15, including factory and site acceptance and the critical process parameters that belong in the challenge tests. A SaaS application may legitimately have no IQ at all, and the platform treats that as a determined scope rather than a missing stage.
Reports that close each stage
Each stage produces its own report, approved before the next begins, summarising what was tested, what deviated and how it was resolved. The qualification or validation summary report then sits on top, and its release is gated on the whole picture rather than on the last stage alone.

Common questions
Prefer to talk first? Chat with us on WhatsApp or book a call with an expert.
Can IQ, OQ and PQ be combined?
For low-risk systems a combined IQ/OQ is common and defensible when the validation plan records the rationale. Combining OQ and PQ is much harder to defend, because PQ has to demonstrate something OQ cannot: real users, representative data volumes and genuine processes in the production environment.
What if a stage does not apply to our asset?
It is recorded as a determined scope with its basis, not left as a gap. A USP <1058> Group B instrument may not require a performance qualification; a SaaS application may legitimately have no installation qualification. The platform distinguishes a stage that does not apply from a stage that was skipped.
Does the platform stop us running tests out of order?
Yes. Execution is refused until the plan, the requirements and that stage's protocol are approved, and a stage cannot be released while anything within it is incomplete or failed. Overlapping stages to recover schedule is the compression that most often has to be redone.
