Playbooks
End-to-end playbooks that translate regulatory doctrine into the document set, test strategy and roles for your systems.
A playbook is a sequenced plan: what to do first, what each step produces, and what has to be true before the next one starts. Ours covers GAMP 5 Second Edition — the software categories, the document set each one calls for, CSA-aligned test strategy, and how to run validation inside an Agile delivery model.
Sequence is the part people get wrong
Most validation problems are ordering problems. Protocols approved after execution, stages overlapped to recover schedule, a risk assessment written to justify a test plan that already existed. Each saves time in the moment and costs more later, and each is a sequencing failure rather than a knowledge failure.
A playbook is worth more than a checklist here because it states what has to be true before you move on.
Including the parts the guidance leaves out
GAMP 5 Second Edition accepts iterative delivery but says comparatively little about how to run quality gates inside sprints. The playbook covers that: requirements managed as a traceable living backlog, evidence captured continuously rather than assembled at the end, and a formal release decision however incremental the delivery.
