CMC sections drafted from the quality records you already keep. In development with design partners.
TraceDraft's next document family is CTD Module 3 (Quality), starting with 3.2.P.3.5 Process Validation and 3.2.P.8 Stability. The sources would be the records Cybroscape eQMS and Cybroscape GxP Copilot already hold, cited sentence by sentence like every TraceDraft document. It is not generally available yet; we are building it with a small group of design partners.

CTD Module 3 holds the quality (CMC) information of a marketing application, in the structure set by ICH M4Q. Cybroscape TraceDraft is extending its cited drafting to Module 3, starting with 3.2.P.3.5 Process Validation and 3.2.P.8 Stability. This is in development with design partners and is not generally available yet.
CMC sections restate records that already exist
Process validation and stability sections summarise data that a quality system already holds: validation protocols and reports, batch results, stability study data. Writers retype it into submission prose, and every retyped number is a chance to disagree with the record behind it.
Why CMC, and why now
Clinical writing already has many tools. CMC writing has fewer, and Cybroscape already keeps the source records through Cybroscape eQMS and Cybroscape GxP Copilot. Drafting from those records, with every sentence cited, is the natural next step for TraceDraft.
- 1Adverse event listing · row 14
- 2Lab dataset · ALT value, day 15
- 3Protocol · section 7.2
What design partners get
Early access to the Module 3 blueprints as they are built, starting with 3.2.P.3.5 and 3.2.P.8, run on your own records and reviewed with your regulatory CMC team. Your feedback sets what comes next.

Is CMC Module 3 drafting available today?
Not generally. It is in development with design partners, starting with 3.2.P.3.5 Process Validation and 3.2.P.8 Stability. Contact us if you would like to take part.
Where would the source data come from?
From the quality records you already keep, in Cybroscape eQMS and Cybroscape GxP Copilot or uploaded from your own systems: validation protocols and reports, batch data and stability results.
